Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Colson’s Critters. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are made-to-order.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at colsonscritters@gmail.com. We will determine a solution on a case-to-case basis. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.

Store Credit Depending on the circumstances, we may issue store credit for the returned item. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Conditions for Store Credit In order to be eligible for store credit, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Exceptions Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or store credit, including:

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Items that are not in their original condition

  • Items that are returned without prior authorization

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
