5. Payment 5.1. All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. 5.2. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
6. Shipping Policies 6.1. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. 6.2. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.

8. Privacy Policy 8.1. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. 8.2. Our Privacy Policy is available on a separate page. Our Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Colson’s Critters collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users.
9. Legal 9.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 9.2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 9.3. Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
